Long time no blog...

Well, it has been a while since I last posted anything. A lot has happened in the past month. The biggest thing was that my older brother Randy baptized my mom late December. It is still a little unreal to me. We have all been praying for this for so long, that I can't believe it. She is doing really well and it's great to see her so happy!
Many of our friends had babies, lots are due any time and we also found out that three of our close friends are pregnant...congrats guys! We're very excited for all of you and can't wait to see all the new little ones! In fact, this is getting Chris pretty baby hungry....already!
Chris started school again, so we're back to the crazy life of full time work, school, church callings, family, and friends. :) Grant is growing fast! He is now crawling and getting close to walking, giving kisses, clapping, talking ("da da", "ma ma", "ba ba", and "boo"), and has two teeth and a couple more on the way.
Here are some pictures of what he's been up to lately.

Always willing to help Mommy with the chores...

Was almost sold on Ebay by his Aunt Christina... :) jk

Put his face right into the spoonful of spaghetti...

Climbed on in while Mom was putting the groceries away...

Watched the rain fall outside...

Came down with a pretty nasty cold...

which made him very sleepy...

Got better and went shopping with Mommy and Aunts...

Played the piano with Daddy...

(I love this picture!)
Got into a fight with the toilet paper; I think he won...

Had fun in the bath, like always...

Had some trouble drying off...

And brushed his own teeth! :)

Well, my mom has finally decided to be baptized! She has taken the "discussions" about 6 times before this, but this is the real thing. We are all so grateful our prayers are being answered. She is an amazing women and it will be great to see her truly happy. It has been fun to watch her progress. She is excited to be a member of the church and to do the things that come along with it (giving talks, getting callings etc.). We love her so much and could not ask for anything greater this Christmas! We are so blessed!
We would love to have you there!
